Top 5 Parks in Alys Beach

Alys Beach is a new community along the Gulf of Mexico that is known for its architecture and town design. One of the best features of this town, aside from the unique stark white homes along 30A is its parks.

Have you been to these awesome parks in Alys Beach near your homes along 30A?

Parks are one of the main attractions in Alys Beach since they are the central location for gatherings, concerts, socializing with other residents of 30A luxury homes, and other events.

Here are the top 5 parks in Alys Beach:

Central Park

Central Park is located right by the Caliza Pool and is the perfect place for a picnic or reading a book with its soft grass and shady sand and slash pine trees. Lush lawns are surrounded by native vegetation, giving the park a more natural, wilder look.

Amphitheatre

Known as the events venue in Alys Beach, the Amphitheatre is where concerts and performances happen. It’s beautiful lawns and gently sloping hills are popular with families with children who love to run and roll downhill. The main attraction here is the dancing fountain which streams water in synch with music. You’ll also find adults and kids enjoying a splash in the fountain under the Florida sun.

Fonville Park

Fonville Park in one of the first parks in Alys Beach. It is a favorite among guests and residents of homes along 30A because of its gently steeped hill with a pathway leading to the top. Kids just love rolling downhill then climbing back up while their parents sit back on the grass and watch. As you reach the top of the hill, you’ll be mesmerized by the lovely view of the town of Alys Beach along the coastal terrain. People of all ages will enjoy activities like ziplines, pingpong, and playhouses for the kids.

Arboleda Park

Arboleda, meaning “grove of trees” in Spanish, is rightfully named for its mature oak trees. Their whitewashed trunks make a stark contrast to the lush greens in Arboleda Park. Here you’ll find Leda the Mermaid, a stone sculpture made by Steve Wagner, a local artist and resident of 30A.

Firepit Park

The Firepit Park was designed after the surrounding homes along 30A were built, allowing for the preservation of views of the Gulf. A shell stone firepit can be found in its sunken center, surrounded by a hedge of holly and a Medjool palm trees at each end. The Firepit Park is the perfect place to gather and socialize around the warmth of the fire pit, in the tradition of 18th Century English landscape gardens.
